Oh Vanessa ! Just too bad to be true ! This delay is just not acceptable but who the hell is listening ? In the “ old days “ the old fashioned Ombudsman fixed a situation like this . Wish I had the answer , give me a phone number to complain and try at least . Maybe WMUR ?
